Please review these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using FA Empire (the “Website”, Discord community, checkout, and related services, together the “Services”). This Agreement establishes the legally binding terms governing your use of FA Empire, including faempire.cc, our Discord, and any related purchase flows.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, joining our Discord, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using FA Empire you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have legal capacity to enter this Agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws. You also agree that electronic acceptance (including checkout confirmation, Discord participation, or continued use) is binding.
2. Nature of Products
FA Empire sells digital goods and related services (including accounts, access credentials, tools, licenses, and similar items). Delivery timing depends on the product listing. Instant delivery applies only when a product is expressly marked as instant delivery. Digital goods are considered delivered when access details, files, keys, or credentials are made available to you (including by email, dashboard, or on-screen delivery).
3. Purchases and Pricing
All purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to complete payment promptly. Prices, stock, and product details may change at any time before a successful payment is confirmed.
4. All Sales Final — Refunds
Because products are digital and often delivered automatically, all sales are final once payment is successful and delivery has been initiated or completed, unless a specific product listing expressly states otherwise.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the product description, requirements, and any stated refund policy before purchasing. Requests based on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, inability to use a product due to your device/account/setup, or failure to read the listing are not eligible for refunds.
5. Compatibility and Buyer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable and compatible with your intended use, system, platform, region, and accounts before purchasing. FA Empire does not guarantee compatibility with every setup. Issues arising from incompatibility, misuse, misconfiguration, third-party platform changes, or your own account/security practices are not grounds for a refund, reversal, or chargeback.
6. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud
By completing a purchase you acknowledge receipt of a digital product/service as described above and agree not to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim of “unauthorized,” “not received,” or “not as described” without first contacting FA Empire support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal (or instruct your bank/processor to do so) after receiving or being provided access to digital goods:
- We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Website, Discord, customer dashboard, delivered products, and any related services;
- We may permanently ban associated emails, payment methods, IPs, Discord accounts, device identifiers, and related accounts;
- You remain liable for the full order amount plus any chargeback fees, processing fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees;
- We may contest the dispute and submit evidence to the payment processor, including order records, delivery logs, IP/device data, message history, and these Terms;
- We may treat the dispute as fraudulent misuse of the payment system and pursue recovery through collections or legal action where permitted.
Opening a chargeback instead of using our support channels is a material breach of this Agreement.
7. Account Termination & Abuse
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement, abuse support, attempt fraud, share or resell products in breach of a listing, harass staff or customers, attempt to exploit the Services, or engage in illegal or unauthorized activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: reverse engineer or attack the Website; use stolen payment methods; launder funds; harass staff; scrape or spam; misrepresent identity; or use FA Empire products for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with third-party platform rules that apply to any accounts or digital items you purchase.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FA EMPIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION, OR THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS BEYOND THE PRODUCT LISTING AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FA EMPIRE AND ITS OWNERS, STAFF, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO FA EMPIRE FOR THAT SPECIFIC ORDER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FA Empire from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including chargeback fees and legal costs) arising out of your use of the Services, your purchases, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Support & Dispute Process
Before filing any external complaint or payment dispute, you agree to contact FA Empire support (including via Discord: discord.gg/accempire) and provide order details so we can investigate. Failure to do so before a chargeback is a breach of these Terms.
13. Modifications
We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and FA Empire regarding the Services and supersedes prior conflicting statements, except where a product listing expressly adds terms for that product.
By using FA Empire or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the no-refund and anti-chargeback provisions above.
